Do you have a clinic appointment? Are you scheduled for surgery or therapy? If you need a ride to Baldwin Area Medical Center we can give you a lift! All you have to do is call. If you live in the service area of Baldwin Area Medical Center, 15 mile radius, you can take advantage of our Courtesy Van Service.
A suggested donation of $3.00 will cover your round trip ride to and from home. Our van driver will pick you up and take you home after your appointment. Passengers must be capable of getting to the van and getting in and out on their own with no assistance.
We ask that children, Alzheimer patients and other dependant persons be accompanied by a caretaker.
