Fitness Center is Open To The Public
There is no better time than the present to focus on your wellness. The Center for Personal Wellness at Baldwin Area Medical Center is open to the public and equipped and staffed for area residents’ fitness training.
Booster Shot Run Information

Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Friday: 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 15 Paramount Strength Training Stations
- Free weights
- 20 aerobic machines, including treadmills, bikes, elliptical walkers, Nu-Steps and stair steppers
- Fitness Floor

Out of Pocket Rates: Cash, Check, Credit Card
Adult: $35/1 month; $90/3 months; $150/6 months; $270/1 Year
Senior(50+):$30/1 month;$80/3 months;$135/6 months;$245/1 Year
Double: $50/1 month
Family(3+): $65/1 month
Student (15+): $25/1 month.

Fitness Assessment Available Upon Request:
A Fitness Assessment is available for all members upon request. To schedule a fitness assessment, please contact one of the fitness center staff members. The assessment includes flexibility, body composition, strength and aerobic fitness level testing.
If you have Blue Cross – Blue Shield, Medica, Health Partners and UCare you may be eligible to receive a $20.00 reimbursement each month.
Fitness Center Winter Storm Procedure:
If the Baldwin-Woodville Schools are cancelled or delayed, the Fitness Center will open at 7:30 AM or as soon as someone is able to open. If you are ever unsure if the Fitness Center will be open after a winter storm, please call (715) 684-8665. If no one answers the phone, please assume we are closed. Thanks for your cooperation!
