Dr. Joel Kowski joined the Foot & Ankle Clinic in 2000. Dr. Kowski obtained a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, California. He completed his residency at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, Hayward, California in 1994. Dr. Kowski is board certified, a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, and a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons. He provides services in the areas of corrective foot surgery including bunions, hammertoe, heel spur, planter fasciitis and bone spurs.
