Dr. Robert DeFatta is double board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a consummate innovator and uses only the latest techniques to diagnose and treat his patients. This includes being one of the few physicians in the United States to use the da Vinci® robot and intraoperative CT and MRI to achieve the best patient outcomes for the most challenging lesions of the head and neck. When primary or secondary reconstruction of large head and neck defects is necessary, restoration of the patient’s appearance and function are his top priority. His passion and expertise also lies in offering his patients a comprehensive cosmetic surgery repertoire.
