Michael Garr, M.D.

Dr. Garr earned his M.D. at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, where he also completed a cardiology fellowship, as well as his residency and internship in internal medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and in the subspecialty of Cardiovascular Disease (Cardiology). Dr. Garr is the Co-Chair of the Congestive Heart Failure Workgroup at HealthEast Heart Care. His special interests include echocardiography, exercise echocardiography and adult congenital heart disease.
