Medical
Offered to employees who work at least 30 hours per week, effective first day of month following hire. Cost share monthly premium in a deductible plan.
Dental
The cost of this plan is paid by the employee and is effective the first day of the month following hire.
Voluntary Life AND AD & D
One times annual salary, based upon FTE status, to all employees who work at least 30 hours per week. No cost to the employee, effective first day of the month following hire.
Vision
All employees who work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in the plan. The plan allows you to purchase frames and lenses with no deductible. The cost of the plan is paid by the employee.
Supplemental Plans
Life, Disability, Cancer, LTD, etc. based upon personal needs and desires. The cost of the plan is paid by the employee.
Flexible Benefit Plan
This plan enables employees to gain tax advantage when paying health insurance premiums, deductibles, dependent care expenses, dental or vision expenses or any health expenses not covered by insurance. Payroll deductions are withheld on a pretax basis.
403(b) Savings Plan
All employees are eligible to participate in the savings plan. Through payroll deductions, you can elect to contribute on pre tax basis toward your retirement. After one year of employment, BAMC will match up to 3%
Paid Time Off
All full time and part time employees are eligible to accrue Paid Time Off benefits beginning on the date of hire and available after a 90-day waiting period. The purpose of paid time off is to cover vacation, personal attention to children, appointments, etc. PTO will accrue based on hours worked up to 2 times the allotted value based on years of the service.
Sick Leave
Full time and part time employees are eligible for sick leave benefits. Sick leave is for the purpose of your own illness. Benefits will accrue at the rate of 0.308 based on hours worked. Unused hours will accumulate to a total of 480 hours.
Holidays
Seven paid holidays per calendar year are granted to all full time and part time employees based on hours worked effective upon date of hire. After one year of employment, an additional floating holiday is granted. Worked holidays are double pay.
Fitness Center Membership
BAMC wishes to encourage healthy lifestyle choices. In support of that objective, all current employees are eligible for a reduced fee for their first year of membership in the Fitness Center and for “free” membership in subsequent calendar quarters. Please note that the value of the discounted membership fee is treated as taxable income to the employee in accordance with IRS regulation.
Other Benefits
Free parking, free 28-day supply of nicotine replacement therapy, employee appreciation events, annual vaccinations, low cost meals, training and education.
